Kathryn was great! She worked very hard to sell my house. The house was a unique situation and Kathryn was great negotiating the issues and problems. Because I live out of town, she handled many things, like meeting contractors for repairs and paint, before the house was put on the market.

Kathryn has represented me on two purchases and one sale of my house/condo and she is wonderful to work with.
